As a family run business, we are able to continue shipping items whilst adhering to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.

During COVID-19 restrictions and BREXIT shipping may take a little longer than usual, however we are currently still despatching orders within our 5 working day time frame. We appreciate your patience and support at this time.

KLARNA

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Pre-Order Items

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any "in stock" items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.

Packaging

Please note that we re-use good quality boxes and packaging to try and help our planet.  Packing peanuts will fully dissolve in water. We use biodegrable tape where possible.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Europe is temporarily suspended. This should be re-instated as soon as possible once we have updated our shipping system to include the new customs information required.

All prices on our website are correct at the time of publication and are listed in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Description of products

Every care has been taken to give correct and accurate descriptions, colours and specifications of all our products at the time of publication. Please note that sizes are an approximate and colours may vary owing to photography, lighting and reproduction of onscreen images. Some of our products are hand made and by their nature will not all be identical whilst others are designed to have a rustic or weathered finish so may have intended imperfections making each piece unique. Delivery

Standard delivery charge for Mainland UK is £4.95 per order.  Furniture Delivery is dependant on item purchased, please email for a quote.
Delivery to the Highlands, Islands and Ireland may incur additional fees, please email for details.
