Delivery

Delivery times given are approximate, all items are sent via various couriers including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, DPD, GSC etc.

Goods will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate as we do not accept any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses.

No refunds are given if the shipping details given at checkout are incorrect, No refunds are given if you request the delivery of your order be 'left in a safe place'.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods within 5-7 days but delivery times are not guaranteed. If your items are delayed due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may be extended and we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

Most items advertised are carried in stock unless otherwise stated, e.g. Pre-Order items which have expected delivery. We aim to despatch items within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..

Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more and is £9.95 - At checkout you are able to choose either Highlands or Northern Ireland and this will calculate your postage for you - if you forgot to do this - we will email you and invoice you manually for the extra postage.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or Saturday/Sunday, will be dealt with on Monday.

Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.
