Delivery times given are approximate, all items are sent via various couriers including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, DPD, GSC etc.

Goods will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate

No refunds are given if the shipping details given on checkout are incorrect - but location of the item will try to be determined and we will try and assist you to get your order by working with the couriers! No refunds are given if you request the delivery of your order be 'left in a safe place'.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods within 7-10 days but delivery times are not guaranteed. If your items are delayed due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may be extended and we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

Most items advertised are carried in stock unless otherwise stated, e.g. Pre-Order items which have expected delivery. We aim to despatch items within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..

Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more and is £9.95 - At checkout you are able to choose either Highlands or Northern Ireland and this will calculate your postage for you - if you forgot to do this - we will email you and invoice you manually for the extra postage. 

Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day.  Orders placed on Friday after 2pm  or Saturday/Sunday, will be dealt with on Monday.

Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.

REFUNDS We hope you will be delighted with your  purchases from Willow and Co Interiors.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us in the first instance to arrange to return it to us.  Items must be in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost, unless the item is damaged/faulty*. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received is faulty/damaged. *If a faulty/damaged item is part of a larger order and you keep any of the other items from that order the cost of postage will not be refunded. 

Damaged Goods

Goods that arrive damaged will be refunded or replaced.  We ask that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.  If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

Please email us at and we can discuss your returns prior to you sending it back.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may be unable to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and obtain and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.

We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards and Paypal.
