Refund & Returns Policy

We hope that you love your order as much as we do!

However, if you decide you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@willowandco-interiors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

Items must be in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost.  Please look after your unwanted Items once you have decided to return them - even if they are faulty - They must be returned undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in, filled with the protective packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received is faulty/damaged. *If a faulty/damaged item is part of a larger order and you keep any of the other items from that order the cost of postage will not be refunded. 

Damaged Goods

Goods that arrive damaged will be refunded or replaced.  We ask that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.  If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

Please email us at sales@willowandco-interiors.co.uk and we can discuss your returns prior to you sending it back.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may be unable to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and obtain and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
